The Kalama River is location in Washington State just north of the town of Kalama, Washington. This River is fed by Mount Saint Helens.
This specimen was cut from a carnelian agate found in the middle of the river. The stone is transparent in areas and translucent in the orange regions.
The stone is polished to a high luster both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
