Coprolite or Coprolith is fossilized feces. The stones are often referenced as prehistoric animal poop or dinosaur poop.

A fancy hand cut and polished semi-precious cabochon made from the rare coprolite stone. The stone is a one-of-a-kind medium height piece of art with a fortified maroon center outlined in tangerine on a grey and charcoal colored matrix. The piece is cut in a skewed Navette or Marquise with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate easy stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

This cabochon is ideal for a pendant setting, ring and/or statement piece.
