Mexican Crazy Lace Agate is found exclusively in the area known as Chihuahua, located in Northern Mexico. Crazy Lace is known for its stunning fortified patterns and bands of colors. The agate gets its color from infused iron and aluminum.
This specimen has a fortified wall that goes up one side of the stone and across the top. The stone has two very small open druse pockets near the apex point; one at the center and the other just off the center
The stone is polished to a high vitreous luster both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
