Crazy Lace is one of the best-known varieties of banded chalcedony. Laguna Crazy Lace Agate is found exclusively in the area known as Chihuahua, located in Northern Mexico. Crazy Lace is known for its stunning fortified patterns and bands of colors. The agate gets its color from infused iron and aluminum.

This specimen has a small iron infused fortified dot on the side of the cabochon. The remainder of the cab has greys and white bands.

The stone is polished to a high vitreous luster both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
