Empirita Multi-Colored Jasper, sometimes referred to as Arizona Wonder Stone Jasper by some, has almost the same features as Gary Green petrified bogwood with the exception that the primary colors are red and pinks instead of greens and teal.
This specimen Picture Jasper has an olive background with speckles of maroon across the face..
The stone’s provenance: South of Tucson, Arizona.
The stone is polished to a high gloss finish both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
