Crinoid Fossil Cabochon, cut and polished semi-precious gemstone fashioned from a rare Crinoid Fossil Stone. The stone has visible cross-sections of crinoids in shades of dark grey, red, pink, brown, black, brick-red and off-white. The stone is cut in a Navette with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate stone setting. The stone measures 1.86 x 0.95 x 0.23 inches. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, cuff, ring and/or statement piece.
