The agates from Luna New Mexico commonly come in white, gray and faint blue or lavender.
The stone’s provenance: Luna, New Mexico.
This specimen is an opaque section of a fortified banded Luna Agate with a pear cut. The grey and dark fortification bands transverse across the face of the stone lengthwise.
The stone is polished to a high gloss finish both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
