Mookaite Jasper is a highly prized semi-precious stone from Australia. Mookaite is visually identified by its distinct shades of deep red, yellow and cream colors. This stone is a deep maroon red color with some small white patterns about the edger. The stone is cut in an Oval shape with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate easy stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a ring and/or component in a statement piece setting.
