Mookaite Jasper is a highly prized semi-precious stone from Australia. Mookaite is visually identified by its distinct shades of red, yellow and cream colors. This stone displays a cream and yellow long neck body of an unknown animal across a deep red background. The stone is cut in an Oval shape with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate easy stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, broach and/or statement piece setting.
