Mookaite, a special jasper only found in the Mooka River of Australia. The typical primary colors for Mookaite are Deep Red, Yellow Ocher and Cream.

Mookaite Jasper is a highly prized semi-precious stone from Australia. This Mookaite stone is a deep maroon red with some splashes of yellow across the face of the stone. The stone is cut in a Round shape with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate easy stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.

The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, broach and/or statement piece setting.both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
