Mookaite Jasper is a highly prized semi-precious stone from Australia. This Mookaite stone is a deep maroon red with a yellow X across the face (cross my heart). The stone is cut in a Heart shape with both a lower and upper girdle to facilitate easy stone setting. The specimen is polished to a high vitreous luster.
The cabochon is ideal for a pendant, broach and/or statement piece setting.
