Ocean Jasper is a trade name for a variety of Rhyolite found along the intertidal shores of northeast Madagascar, near the village of Marovato. Ocean Jasper is prized by collectors and enthusiasts for its vibrant and colorful orbicular patterns.
This specimen resembles an abstract spring scene.
The stone is polished to a high luster both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
