Perkinsville, Arizona is a ghost town located Northeast of Jerome, Az. The location for a period-of-time was also used as a movie set. Today you can ride a scenic train to the location but you are not allowed to dis-board and walk around.

This rare black Perkinsville Agate is a mixture of black and translucent chalcedony that was found near the ghost town. This piece displays plumes among the black chalcedony.

The stone is polished to a high luster both front and back. The back is flat ready for mounting.
