Wild Horse also referred to as Crazy Horse or Appaloosa Stone is a semi-precious cream-white, raw umber and red-brown mottled stone. The specimen contains plumes of white magnesite scattered amongst a red-brown and raw umber to brown hematite rich matrix or substrate. The stone is sourced from a remote area between Globe and Tucson, Arizona. The stone is cut in an skewed navette making it perfect for a ring, pendant, cuff and or statement piece. The stone has an upper and lower girdle that facilitates stone setting. The stone is polished to a matte finish.
